Part numbers above are for a “pair or Kit” of Surfacite Shoes, that is, one Left-Hand Shoe for the left skid tube and one Right-Hand Shoe for the right skid tube. Part Numbers above should be followed by a “-L” for the Left Shoe only, or “-R” for the Right Shoe only. Individual Shoes are one-half of the per Pair price.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Approvals.

Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) Information:

We have obtained FAA Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s) for Surfacite Shoes for all models of the Bell 206 (Jet Ranger and Long Ranger), the Bell 204B, 205 (all models), 212 and 412 and Eurocopter A-Star and Twin-Star, Eurocopter AS-350B, 350BA, 350B2 and Lama (SA-315) & EC-145. The installation of Surfacite Shoes on other model helicopters will require the operator to obtain a Form 337 Field Approval Form from the local FAA office in order to install the Shoes on your helicopter.
